I’ve been to Lyla Belle’s a few times and have always really enjoyed it so we decided to hold my sister’s baby shower here and it was absolutely fantastic. It was only a small gathering so we had a corner of the cafe to ourselves and were able to put up a few banners and decorations to make it personal. We ordered the afternoon tea and the food was so good, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was great! We had a last minute dietary requirement request (completely my fault for not checking beforehand!) but the staff were nothing but helpful and quickly made us up a separate stand which we were so grateful for and meant we could all enjoy the day. Every detail was thought of, even down to the cute teddy bear art on my sister’s coffee! Just wanted to say thank you so much for making the day so special and we will definitely be back again!

Fantastic. Brilliant food, amazing GF/Vegan menu, lovely coffee and brilliant atmosphere. The staff are friendly, informative and extremely nice. What a lovely place to visit and I will be back again.

Avo on sourdough plenty of choice and food is always really nice. Staff are lovely and always make you feel at home. Must take a scone or slice of cake home after.

Really lovely cafe, a good variety of food options and the specials are amazing. Ordered the christmas special grilled cheese. It had brie, roast chicken, bacon and jam on toasted sourdough and it was really filling. Coffee was really good too , had the hazelnut latte and it was the perfect level of sweetness. Staff were very kind and friendly. Highly recommend need to go back soon

First time visiting Lyla Belle's, the staff were very friendly, food was delicious and the cafe itself is lovely , will definitely be back

Had a fantastic brunch while in Hartlepool on the way to the cinema. We ordered Avocado and poached eggs on Sourdough, pancakes with maple syrup and bacon, Flat White and a pot of Decaf Tea. Everything was delicious and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend a visit and will be back soon

Food is always great here my only pointer would be that the cheese on the posh chip butty would be better melted and maybe some extra aioli but that’s just my personal preference, Overall a lovely cafe and staff are great. Check out their bakecase it’s delicious.

Fabulous mid-afternoon meal today. I ordered a BLT focaccia which was superb - thick, good quality bacon and delicious warm bread - and chased it down with a millionaires shortbread which, at 3.70, is incredible value compared to the offerings of the nearby nationwide chains. The accompanying "Margate Fog", an April special, has lovely notes of rhubarb and vanilla without ever being overpowering. Excellent, attentive service too. Thanks all!
